Roles and Responsibilities
- Answering phones and explaining the insurance offered by the company.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Converting assigned customers leads to policy issuance
- Resolving all the queries of customers related to health insurance
- Delivering a superb customer experience
- Suggesting solutions based on customers' needs and requirements.
- Graduate in any stream
- Customer-facing Telesales (Insurance) experience of at least 1 year
- Detailed knowledge of insurance
- Excellent communication skills

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Indore, Indore - 452010, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
