Apogee Marketing Solutions is looking for a skilled and experienced Cold Calling Telecaller to join our team for the Australian process. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers using a pre-defined script
- Identify and qualify sales leads by probing, questioning, and listening carefully to the customer's needs and requirements
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the product and services offered
- Generate sales by convincing customers to purchase products or services
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Document all call information and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
- Follow up on leads and calls on a regular basis

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Cold Calling Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales skills and the ability to convince customers to purchase products or services
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- Flexibility to work in different shifts as per the requirements of the process
