**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for the sales team, focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.
- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and role-playing exercises to reinforce learning and improve sales performance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to enhance outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and create targeted programs that address specific skill gaps.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training content and methodologies.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their targets.
- Prepare and maintain training materials, manuals, and documentation to support the learning process.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role within the edutech or related industry.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
- Experience in developing training materials and programs tailored to diverse learning styles.
- Ability to analyze training effectiveness and implement improvements
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹33,319.44 - ₹45,305.31 per month
