**Sales Trainer**

- 1. Observe sales encounters and determine the training needs of the sales team.
- 2. Conducting skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
- 3. Develop sales performance policies and methods for evaluating performance
- 4. Develop training resources such as preparation of notes and visual displays

5. Conduct training for sales associates and develop training plans for underperforming sales associates
- 6. Conduct training sessions based on TNA
- 7. Monitor sales objectives and results
- 8. Maintain updated records of training material
- 9. Training people on how to best communicate effectively in various situations

**Qualifications**
- 1. Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 2. Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
- 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

4. Experience in a sales position is a plus
- 5. Excellent organizational and communication skills
- 6. Highly developed interpersonal skills
- 7. Familiar with performance management methods
- 8. Very self-motivated and goal-oriented
- 9. Ability to design effective sales training programs
- 10. Willing to work from office location - immediate joining
