Automation Testing Trainer

**Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Automation Testing Trainer. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in software testing and automation, coupled with a passion for teaching and mentoring. As a trainer, you will play a vital role in equipping aspiring testers with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in automation testing, preparing them for successful careers in the field.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including course outlines, presentations, hands-on exercises, and projects, covering various aspects of automation testing methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
- **Instruction Delivery**: Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and online, effectively communicating fundamental concepts, best practices, and advanced techniques in automation testing to students.
- **Hands-on Learning**: Facilitate practical, hands-on exercises and coding sessions to reinforce theoretical knowledge and build proficiency in using automation testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or similar.
- **Individualized Support**: Provide personalized guidance and support to students, offering mentorship, troubleshooting assistance, and feedback on testing strategies and automation scripts to enhance their understanding and skills.
- **Assessment and Feedback**: Develop assessments, quizzes, and projects to evaluate student performance and comprehension, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement as needed.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay abreast of the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in automation testing, continuously updating training materials and methodologies to reflect industry standards and emerging technologies.

**Requirements**:

- **Testing Expertise**: Strong expertise in software testing principles, methodologies, and practices, with hands-on experience in automation testing using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- **Automation Skills**: Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Appium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, or similar, with demonstrated experience in developing and executing automation scripts for web, mobile, and API testing.
- **Teaching Experience**: Proven experience as a trainer, instructor, or educator in the field of software testing, with a track record of effectively delivering technical training to individuals or groups.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex testing concepts clearly and concisely, adapting teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles.
- **Passion for Education**: Genuine passion for teaching and mentoring, with a desire to inspire and empower students to succeed in their learning journey and pursue careers in software testing and quality assurance.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements, schedules, and student needs, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced training environment.
- **Educational Qualifications**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹1,250.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
