**Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Python Automation Trainer. This role is perfect for someone passionate about both Python programming and automation, with a desire to share their knowledge and expertise with aspiring learners. As a trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training sessions focused on Python automation, equipping students with the skills necessary to excel in the field.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Develop comprehensive training materials, including course syllabi, presentations, practical exercises, and projects, covering various aspects of Python programming for automation purposes.
- **Instruction Delivery**: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and online, effectively conveying complex concepts related to Python programming, automation frameworks, and related tools.
- **Hands-on Learning**: Facilitate hands-on coding sessions and practical exercises, guiding students through the process of implementing automation solutions using Python scripts, libraries, and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, BeautifulSoup, Pandas).
- **Individualized Support**: Provide personalized assistance and guidance to students, offering mentorship, troubleshooting support, and feedback on their code to enhance learning outcomes and ensure comprehension.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Develop assessments, quizzes, and projects to assess student progress and understanding, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement as needed.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of the latest developments, trends, and best practices in Python programming and automation technologies, updating training materials and methodologies accordingly to reflect industry standards.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with fellow trainers, curriculum developers, and stakeholders to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the training program, contributing insights and expertise to drive continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
