Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Automation QA Engineer with strong expertise in JavaScript, Java, or Python and hands-on experience in modern automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks, contribute to quality strategy, and leverage AI-based testing tools to enhance automation efficiency and coverage.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web and API applications.- Build and maintain reusable test automation frameworks and libraries.- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to identify test requirements and automation opportunities.- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration processes.- Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution.- Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and reporting.- Research and implement AI-driven testing tools to optimize test coverage and performance.Required Skills & Qualifications : - 5+ years of experience in automation testing using Java, JavaScript, or Python.- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.- Proficient in Cucumber / BDD frameworks.- Strong understanding of TestNG, XPath, and DOM structures.- Experience with API automation (e.g., REST Assured, Postman, etc.).- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and Git.- Exposure to AI-based testing tools (e.g., Mabl, Testim.io, etc.).- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Good to Have : - Domain experience in Pharma, Medical, or GxP/GMP systems testing.- Working knowledge of performance testing or security testing tools.- Awareness of cloud-based testing environments (e.g., AWS, Azure DevOps).Soft Skills : - Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
