Description : Job description - Full Stack Developers (Python + SQL + React)About Aligned Automation : At Aligned Automation, we live by our "Better Together" philosophy to build a better world.- As a strategic service provider to Fortune 500 companies, we help digitize enterprise operations and drive impactful business strategies.- Our purpose goes beyond projectswe strive to deliver meaningful, sustainable change that shapes a more optimistic and equitable future.- Our culture is deeply rooted in our 4CsCare, Courage, Curiosity, and Collaborationensuring that each employee is empowered to grow, innovate, and thrive in an inclusive workplace.About the Role : - Experience : 4 -8 Years- Location : Pune / Indore- Employment Type : Full-TimeMandatory Tech Stack : - Backend : Python- Frontend : React- Database : SQL / NoSQL- Other : Git, CI/CD tools, Docker (preferred)Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (Flask/FastAPI), Angular and React- Build secure, high-performance REST APIs and integrate with front-end components.- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.- Work collaboratively with UI/UX designers, DevOps, QA, and other developers.- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality.- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and product planning meetings.- Ensure responsiveness, cross-platform compatibility, and performance of applications.Required Skills & Experience : - 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong backend development skills in Python (Flask/FastAPI).- Hands-on experience with react framework and frontend integration.- Strong understanding of API design, RESTful services, and microservices architecture.- Proficient in writing SQL queries and handling databases.- Familiarity with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.- Experience with containerization tools like Docker is a plus.- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Good to Have : - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.- Exposure to unit testing frameworks and test-driven development (TDD) (ref:hirist.tech)
