**What you'll do**

Together with a passionate internal IT team and external strategic partners, you will implement, deploy, and run SAP BTP Applications and integrations between HCM solutions based on business requirements.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements
- Decompose user stories, derive technical demand and solution design
- Build, operate, and maintain end-to-end solutions using SAP BTP, in alignment with cross-functional teams based on given business requirements
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business processes and integrate SAP BTP solutions seamlessly
- Troubleshoot and debug API-related issues, ensuring seamless operations
- Build, operate, and maintain end-to-end integrations in SAP SuccessFactors environment
- Collaborate with peers and business stakeholders in agile ceremonies
- Help improve our agile ways working
- Work with our external strategic partners to transition deliverables from build to run
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and the quality of our user experience

**What you bring**
- 3+ years of work experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and proficient communication skills in English
- Desire and ability to work in an international, fast-paced environment
- Ability to understand and be responsive to value-driven business needs
- Solution-oriented attitude, adaptive to changing conditions
- Drive for continuous learning and staying up to date with business solutions and technology
- Willingness to act as team player and improve execution as agile team
- Experience as an SAP BTP Application Developer and willing to learn and advance your career in BTP space
- Advanced knowledge on programming with languages like Python, Java or JavaScript, Node.js
- Experience in SAP Fiori, SAPUI5
- Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, XML, SFTP, SAP Integration Suite (CPI), ABAP, BIB, ALE, BAPI, RFC, IDOC, ODATA, and/or SOAP/REST.
