
Service Advisor

acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department at a car dealership, responsible for listening to customer concerns about their vehicle, assessing repair needs, providing accurate cost estimates, scheduling service appointments, communicating with technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the repair process
Key Responsibilities:
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Greet customers and welcome them to the service department.
- Actively listen to customer concerns about their vehicle and document details accurately.
- Conduct visual inspections of the vehicle to identify potential issues.
- Explain repair options and associated costs clearly to customers, ensuring they understand the necessary work.
- Address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Service Order Management**:
- Create detailed work orders based on customer concerns and vehicle inspection findings.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Provide accurate repair estimates including parts and labor costs.
- Obtain customer approval before proceeding with any additional repairs.
- **Technical Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and repair procedures.
- Understand vehicle systems and components to accurately diagnose issues.
- Consult with technicians regarding complex repairs and potential solutions.
- **Communication and Follow-up**:
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle repairs throughout the process.
- Contact customers to schedule follow-up appointments for future maintenance needs.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- **Sales and Upselling**:
- Recommend additional services or parts based on the customer's vehicle needs.
- Promote dealership specials and packages to enhance customer value.

Pay: Up to ₹26,000.00 per month
