Import Export Documentation Executive

**ob Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and handle all relevant **documentation** including **Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Commercial Invoices, and Trade Agreements**.
- Ensure **compliance with import/export regulations**, customs requirements, and applicable international trade laws.
- Coordinate and arrange **transportation and logistics** for international and domestic shipments.
- Negotiate and manage **freight rates, duties, taxes**, and other charges with logistics providers and freight forwarders.
- Maintain **effective communication with customers, suppliers, banks**, and relevant government agencies.
- Follow up with **transporters** to ensure timely material movement and delivery.
- Monitor and address **customer feedback**, and take necessary **corrective actions**.
- Support and guide internal teams on documentation processes and best practices.
- Handle **bank-related processes** for LC, payment documentation, and export formalities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in **export/import documentation and international logistics**.
- Strong knowledge of **INCOTERMS**, international shipping procedures, and customs clearance.
- Excellent **communication and negotiation skills**.
- Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of ERP/supply chain software.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet strict deadlines.
