We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic **Digital Marketing Executive** who can manage and grow our brand's presence on social media. The role involves **creating engaging social media posts**, **running Facebook Ads**, and **analyzing performance** to ensure strong brand reach and lead generation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, design, and write engaging **social media posts** for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Plan and execute **Facebook Ads campaigns** (boosting, lead generation, traffic, etc.).
- Work with the design team (or use Canva/Photoshop) to create visual content.
- Write short captions, hashtags, and ad copies.
- Monitor ad performance and suggest improvements to reduce cost and increase results.
- Maintain a content calendar for regular posting.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and Facebook advertising changes.
- Report campaign performance weekly.

**Skills Required**:

- Good knowledge of **Facebook Business Manager / Meta Ads**:

- Basic understanding of **Canva**for post designing
- Strong writing skills for captions and ad content
- Ability to create performance reports and analyze metrics
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms
- Creative thinking and basic marketing knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
