Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, and improving online engagement through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display advertising, etc.)
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Perform SEO/SEM optimization to improve website visibility and ranking
  • Create and manage content strategies for social media, blogs, and websites
  • Track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
  • Manage marketing budgets and report ROI for campaigns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing roles
  • Proven experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and Google Ads
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics and marketing automation tools
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills
  • Knowledge of CRM and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with content creation and copywriting
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website management (WordPress preferred)
  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
