**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Social Media Optimization (SMO)**:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Create and manage engaging content tailored to target audiences.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online community interactions.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:
- Conduct keyword research to identify valuable keywords and phrases for optimization.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements to improve search engine rankings.
- Implement and manage off-page SEO strategies, including link-building and outreach campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
- Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure best practices are followed.
- **Digital Marketing Strategy**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing materials.
- **Content Management**:
- Develop and curate high-quality content for websites, blogs, and social media channels.
- Optimize content for SEO and ensure it aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
- Manage content updates and enhancements to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to inform strategic decisions and campaign development.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SMO and SEO.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz).
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights to drive marketing decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
- Certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or related fields are a plus.
**Additional Skills**:
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability to changing trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Experience in paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
