Overview:
The Instructional Designer role is responsible for designing and developing new, engaging, and effective learning solutions and experiences for the Global Product Support Engineering teams and customers. In this position you will create a variety of engaging learning content that enables our Support Engineers to build skill and proficiency in technical product troubleshooting, analytical problem solving and effective approaches to customer service.
What you'll do at UiPath:
**Content Design**
- Following instructional design methodology, the Instructional Designer in this role will;
- Design training plans and a content strategy to:

**. **Improve employee performance
- Utilize various authoring tools to rapidly build learning experiences that are interactive, effective, and applicable to varying audiences.
- Develop effective knowledge, skill, and job performance-based assessments.
Support Trainers during the implementation phase of the training.
- Review courses developed by peers for technical accuracy, functional relevance, and educational soundness.
**Program Management**
- Effectively manage assigned projects using instructional design methodology and concepts.
- Curricula and Course organization as it relates to LMS management.
- Conduct focus groups and feedback sessions to promote the development of an effective training curriculum.
- Engage with and manage relationships with various business partners and vendors.
- Maintain project documentation and source control.
- Coordinate regular meetings with various stakeholders at different levels in the organization to review and manage training curricula.
What you'll bring to the team:
- 4-8 years of experience in Instructional Design.
- Experience with the **ADDIE model of instructional design**, or other established models of instructional design (such as **SAM**), as well as experience and familiarity with a broad range of adult learning theories and models for evaluation of adult learning.
- Demonstrated experience designing technical training content (videos, simulations, lab guides) using **sandbox environments**, **Articulate, Camtasia** and other modern development tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel) and can help others improve their skills with these tools.
- Familiarity with **eLearning standards, SCORM**:
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to transform technical content into engaging learning objects.
- A strong passion to improve someone’s ability to be effective in their role and drive to constantly make things better, simpler, easier
- A certification or BA in instructional technology, design, multi-media design or similar.
- Completed the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance Certification **(CPLP)**, a plus.
- ** RPA** knowledge and/or **cloud-based Enterprise SaaS** platform knowledge is a plus.
- Submission of an online Instructional Design portfolio is required.
