**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Analyze the content the create the Storyboard for CBT and WBT
- Reshape the content and develop instructionally a sound design document for a given project
- Suggest the instructional enhancement to the content assets to amplify the learning experience
- Ensure quality guidelines are followed
- Collaborate effectively with the Graphic Designers & Developers explaining the creative structure and functionality to meet the instructions
- Understanding the requirement & implementing them by interacting with the client
- Graduation/Post Graduation (Certification in Instructional Design or professional writing will be addon)
- Working experience in instructional design - 2 to 10 years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in editing PPT as well as creative course design skills
- Ability to think out of the box

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
