Roles and Responsibilities
Engage in outbound calls to potential customers to promote company services.
Maintain an updated database of customer information and interactions.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets set by the management.
Collaborate with team members to develop effective calling strategies.
Report and provide feedback on customer responses and concerns.
Participate in training sessions to enhance sales and customer service skills.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.
