Achieve daily and monthly calling targets set by the management.
Collaborate with team members to develop effective calling strategies.
Report and provide feedback on customer responses and concerns.
Participate in training sessions to enhance sales and customer service skills.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.
