**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **CRM Management**: Use CRM software, specifically HubSpot, to manage leads, track progress, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
- **Nurture and Close Deals**: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, nurturing them through the sales funnel, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to understand market trends, potential clients’ needs, and competitive landscape to tailor sales pitches effectively.
- **Evangelize Company Solutions**: Gain a deep understanding of Auxiliobits’ solutions and services, and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- **Cross-Geographical Sales**: Tailor sales strategies to different markets, including North America, the UK, the Middle East, and Europe, understanding regional nuances and client needs.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
- **Sales Reporting**: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, analyzing performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align on sales strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in selling technology solutions is a plus.
- **CRM Expertise**: Proficient in using CRM tools, specifically HubSpot, for managing leads and sales activities.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex solutions to diverse audiences.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close deals.
- **Market Understanding**: Familiarity with selling across different geographies, particularly North America, the UK, the Middle East, and Europe.
- **Customer Focus**: Customer-centric approach with a strong commitment to providing excellent service and support.
- **Proactivity**: Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Target Driven**: Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt sales strategies to different cultural and regional contexts.
- **Learning Agility**: Eagerness to learn about Auxiliobits’ solutions and the broader market landscape.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
