**Reports To**: Customer Service Manager
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide real-time updates on parcel status and proactively resolve delays or delivery issues.
- Coordinate with internal logistics, dispatch, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
- Record and maintain accurate customer interaction logs in CRM systems.
- Assist customers with booking shipments, documentation, and billing queries.
- Follow up with customers post-delivery for feedback and service quality.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service in courier.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset.
**Preferred**:
- Experience working with logistics software or tracking platforms.
- Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
