Key Responsibilities:

- **Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues**:Help customers resolve technical problems, product defects, or other issues.
- **Provide Information and Guidance**:Offer accurate and helpful information about products, services, and company policies.
- **Manage Customer Complaints**:Listen empathetically to customer concerns, understand their needs, and take appropriate action to resolve complaints.
- **Maintain Customer Records**:Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions in CRM systems.
- **Escalate Complex Issues**:Know when to escalate complex problems to higher-level support or management.
- **Promote Customer Satisfaction**:Strive to create a positive customer experience, fostering loyalty and retention.
- **Collaborate with Other Teams**:Work with technical support, sales, or product development teams to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues.
- **Stay Updated**:Keep abreast of product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- **Handle Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges**:Process returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.
- **Provide product/service recommendations**:Suggest products or services that meet customer needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability
