**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound customer calls
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and return queries
- Provide resolutions to issues with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction

**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Education**: Undergraduate Freshers Welcome
- **Skills**: Strong English communication (verbal) is mandatory
- Must be open to **rotational and night shifts**:
