**Role Overview**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Accounts and Admin Executive** to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the company.

**Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts**
- Maintain and update accounting records using accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks)
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding dues
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with financial reporting
- Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding billing and payment matters
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

**Administration**
- Oversee day-to-day office operations
- Manage procurement of office and packaging supplies
- Maintain records of inventory related to gifting products
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch of goodies
- Support HR and operations in documentation and onboarding processes
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with internal communications

**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting and/or administrative roles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
