**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the ideation, conceptualization, and creation of designs that drive discovery and marketing campaigns, bringing visual ideas to life with a compelling brand voice.
- Develop customer-centric designs that integrate marketing objectives, target audiences, and on-brand creative assets into experiences that achieve business goals and resonate with audiences.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver graphics that align with our brand identity.
- Assess team workflow, offering support and feedback to optimize performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the digital space/design to gain early insights.

**Preferred Experience & Educational Background**:

- Minimum 3 years of design experience in a branding/design agency.
- A degree in Design or equivalent.
- A strong creative portfolio demonstrating expertise in type, design, and photo art direction, particularly in branding & packaging.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in key creative software programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Keynote.
