**Performance Objectives**:
**Role overview**:We’re seeking a qualified, passionate & dedicated sales executive to help us sell our services to our customers.
We’re looking for a sales enthusiast to join our team and help us make a significant change in the travel industry as a whole.
**Key objectives of the role**:
**1. **Understand the fundamentals of the business & complete the onboarding process within 6 days.
**Key actions**:
i) Learn the basics of all verticals like sales, supply, operations, pricing, etc
ii) Complete the onboarding program with a thorough understanding. Be mentored by one of the senior sales executives/sales specialists.
**2. **Execute 20-30 sales calls per day to warm/hot prospects.
**Key actions**:
i) Work on serving inbound & outbound customer requirements over the phone & Whatsapp business
ii) Enter required data points of all leads in the CRM system.
iii) Build relationships, persuade & negotiate with prospects to convert them to customers.
**3. **Successfully complete the intensive 6-month sales upskilling program to be promoted from a Sales trainee to a Junior Sales Executive
**Key actions**:
i) Go through provided sales materials in the form of books, webinars, video content & training exercises
ii) Achieve set sales targets for each month
iii) Graduate to a Junior & Senior Sales executive to earn higher commissions.
**4. **Work on meeting and/or exceeding the sales targets provided.
**Key actions**:
i) Ensure Sales Activity & Productivity metrics are being met.
ii) Carry out high-quality sales calls & excellent product presentations consistently.
**Requirements**:
- 12th pass or equivalent - English medium
- 1-2 years face to face/telephone sales experience
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Very well versed with English & Hindi; Marathi (Optional)
- Strong telephonic sales skills.
- Good interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Working hours: 11 AM - 8 PM
Working days: 6 days working, Monday/Tuesday are off.
**Base Salary** - Rs 20,000 - 30,000 per month
**Commissions** - Up to 3 times of base salary
**Junior Sales Exec - Avg Net Compensation**:Rs 46,700 per month
**Senior Sales Exec - Avg Net Compensation**:Rs 63,000 per month
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
