**Job Description: Education Counselor for Admission**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through referrals and other relevant sources to expand the prospective student base.
- Initiate daily calls to leads and engage in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and aspirations.
- Effectively communicate course details, program benefits, and admission requirements to prospective students over the phone.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed walk-in appointments for further counseling sessions.
- Provide personalized guidance and counseling to students, addressing their questions and concerns regarding admissions and courses.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups with prospective students in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to registration.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets through efficient lead conversion.
- Strong ability to conduct professional and empathetic counseling sessions to assist students in their decision-making process.
- Exceptional customer service and sales skills with a focus on understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages to effectively communicate with a diverse student population.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Prior experience in education counseling, sales, or customer service is advantageous.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (Graduation not required, but an advantage)
- Prior experience in counseling, sales, or customer service roles is a plus.
