**Key Responsibilities**:

- Speak with students and parents to understand their goals and suggest suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate data and updates in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to support student success.
- Meet weekly/monthly enrollment and sales targets.
