**Job Title**: Odoo Functional Expert
**Location**: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
**Experience**: 1-3 years
**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000 per month
**Working Days**: 6 days (Monday to Saturday)
**Timing**: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and customize Odoo ERP solutions based on business requirements.
- Analyze and map client business processes to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Configure and test Odoo ERP modules, ensuring they meet operational needs and are optimized for performance.
- Provide end-user training, support, and technical guidance throughout the ERP implementation process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP functionalities, ensuring a smooth transition post-implementation.
- Continuously monitor and upgrade existing ERP modules to align with evolving business requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably in Odoo.
- Strong understanding of business processes across various domains.
- Proficient in English and Arabic for effective communication with diverse clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in IT project implementation and ERP system configuration.
- Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and comfortable with technical and functional troubleshooting.
