**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. System Configuration:

- Configure Odoo modules to meet business requirements.
- Customize workflows and settings to enhance user experience.

2. User Support & Training:

- Provide ongoing support to users for system-related queries.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure effective use of the Odoo platform.

3. Testing & Validation:

- Perform testing of new features and updates in the Odoo system.
- Validate configurations and ensure they meet business needs.

4. Data Management:

- Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the Odoo system.
- Manage data imports and exports as needed.

5. Issue Tracking & Resolution:

- Track issues reported by users and prioritize resolutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

6. Process Optimization:

- Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements.
- Implement best practices to optimize system performance.

7. Communication Bridge:

- Act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams.
- Facilitate communication to ensure alignment on project goals and user needs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Odoo ERP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
