**About the Role**:
We are looking for a skilled ERP Specialist to join our growing team. You will play a key role in managing and improving ERP system to streamline business processes, enhance reporting, and drive productivity across departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain ERP systems
- Collaborate with departments to understand business needs and translate them into ERP solutions
- Handle data migration, integration, and user training
- Develop custom reports and dashboards as required
- Ensure ERP systems remain up-to-date and secure
- Continuously improve ERP workflows for efficiency

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience working with ERP or similar source like Odoo platforms
- Strong understanding of business processes (finance-stock market)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments
- Good communication and problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
