INTERVIEW ROUNDS**:2 (F2F)**

REPORTING INTO**:Area Business Manager / City Head**

RELEVANT COMPANIES**:(other than banks and NBFCs): Andromeda Sales & Distribution, RuLoans, RKPL, NamasteCredit, Urban Money, Square Capital, MyMoneyMantra, Saarthi (Decimal), HDFC Sales etc**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Identifying and onboarding DSAs and Channel partners**:

- **Building and strengthening relationships with partners**:

- **Providing operational support to channel partners**:

- **Driving monthly sales targets**

**Qualifications**:
Academic Qualifications**:Minimum Graduate**

Experience**:Experience in NBFC and DSA, preferably in mortgages**

Other Requirements**:Own Conveyance, strong local industry network**

Must-Have Skills
- **Sales skills including rapport-building and negotiation**:

- **Verbal and written communication**:

- **2 years experience in any Loan, Car loan**:

- **Fintech/banks/NBFC/DSA channel, preferably in DSA market**

Good-to-Have Skills
- **Fluency in Regional languages**

Note:

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
