Day shift/night shift(remote) both available

**Salary**:

- 12k-20k

**Responsibilities**:
1) Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and clients to promote our products/services and generate sales leads.

2) Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

3) Achieve individual and team targets by meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.

4) Accurately record and update customer information, call details, and sales activities in the company's CRM system.

**Requirements**:
1) Strong verbal communication skills are essential. Fluency in the local language and proficiency in English is preferred.

2) A customer-first mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs and concerns to ensure high customer satisfaction.

3) Telecalling can involve handling rejection and objections. The ability to stay motivated and persistent in reaching targets is crucial.

4) Proficiency in using computers and accurately inputting customer information during calls.
