**This position will be in a financial services providing company.**

We are looking for a highly motivated **Female Telesales Representative** to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Cold Calling**:Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
**Lead Generation**:Identify potential leads and convert them into customers.
**Product Knowledge**: Clearly explain the features, benefits, and prices of products or services.
**Customer Engagement**:Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service.
**Follow-ups**:Perform follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and secure repeat business.
Reporting: Maintain records of all interactions, sales, and customer feedback.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**: Prior experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in **[languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, Bengali].**
Persuasion Skills: Ability to influence and convince potential customers.
Customer-Oriented: A friendly and professional attitude toward customers.
