Preparing sales reports Telesales representatives prepare sales reports and compare competitors' offers. Handling customer queries Telesales representatives liaise with other departments to address customer queries and complaints. Telesales representatives should be patient, friendly, and have good time management skills. They should also have strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
