Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with customers through outbound calls and provide them with detailed information about our tour packages, accommodations, and activities. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**: Engage with potential customers via outbound calls to understand their travel preferences and needs.

**Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the company's travel packages, destinations, and services to provide detailed and accurate information to customers.

**Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through effective communication and persuasion techniques.

**Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Customer Queries**: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections, and provide suitable solutions or alternatives when necessary.

**Lead Qualification**: Qualify leads and identify potential prospects for our various travel packages.

**Database Management**: Maintain and update customer information and interactions in our CRM system.

**Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide a competitive edge.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and persuasive demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Passion for travel and knowledge of popular tourist destinations is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
