**Job Description - Overseas Education Counsellor**

**Location**: Mumbai
**Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree (Education, Counseling, or related field preferred)
**Experience**: 1-2 years
**Salary Range**: ₹45,001 - ₹50,000 per month

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling & Guidance**:

- Assist students in selecting suitable study programs and universities abroad.
- Assess students' academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals to recommend appropriate courses.
- **Admission & Application Support**:

- Help with document preparation, SOP (Statement of Purpose), LORs (Letters of Recommendation), and resume building.
- **Visa Assistance & Compliance**:

- Educate students about visa requirements and financial documentation.
- Stay updated with visa policies and immigration rules of different countries.
- **Test Preparation & Scholarships**:

- Advise students on required standardized tests (IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, etc.).
- Provide information on scholarships, funding options, and financial aid programs.
- **Networking & Relationship Building**:

- Maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and institutions abroad.
- Develop partnerships with international education providers and agencies.
- Attend education fairs, seminars, and workshops to stay updated on global education trends.
- **Marketing & Outreach**:

- Conduct seminars, webinars, and counseling sessions for prospective students.
- Develop promotional materials and digital content to attract students.
- Handle social media inquiries and maintain an online presence.
- **Follow-up & Student Support**:

- Maintain regular communication with students and parents throughout the process.
- Assist students in post-admission procedures, including accommodation, travel arrangements, and pre-departure guidance.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
