Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Overseas Admissions Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a background in visa-related processes, possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, and be a team player. Freshers are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Admission Counsellor:
  • Guide students in selecting suitable universities and courses.
  • Assist with application forms, document preparation, and submission.
  • Coordinate with universities for application updates and offer letters for UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Dubai.
  • Maintain regular communication with students and parents.
  • Visa Processing:
  • Provide guidance on visa application procedures and documentation.
  • Review and verify documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Schedule visa appointments and help students prepare for interviews.
  • Stay updated on visa policies and compliance requirements.
  • Administrative & Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate records of applications and visa processing.
  • Provide timely reports on admission and visa progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • Knowledge of admission and visa procedures for major study destinations is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi ( written and verbal ).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple applications efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and documentation software.
  • 3-5 years of Experience in Admissions Counsellor or relevant.
