**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data related to shipments, inventory, billing, and transport documentation in logistics systems or software.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered from source documents within time limits.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check output.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate data recording.
- Generate reports as required by management.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and data entry protocols.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification will be an advantage.
- Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or ERP systems).
- Fast typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
