
Real Estate Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Generation**: Actively pursue and generate leads for property sales through various channels such as online platforms, social media, referrals, and networking.
- **Client Interaction**: Meet with clients to understand their needs, provide property information, and conduct property tours.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate the terms of agreements, ensuring both buyer and seller interests are met.
- **Property Listings**: Manage and maintain property listings, ensuring accuracy and relevance in all marketing materials.
- **Market Knowledge**: Stay updated on the local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
- **Transaction Management**: Assist clients with the paperwork and documentation involved in the buying, selling, and renting processes.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service to both new and existing clients, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the entire sales process.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and property laws.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- A valid real estate license is preferred (if applicable in your region).
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in real estate, business, or a related field is a plus.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
