**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Guide customers through the entire sales journey—from initial inquiry to closing.
- Maintain follow-ups through a structured CRM system.
- Conduct product presentations and demos as required.
- Assist clients with documentation, payments, and after-sales support.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand ongoing campaigns and new offerings.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve service and product offerings.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree must.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Tamil
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in B2C or B2B sales (Healthcare, Wellness, Real Estate, or relevant industries).
- Ability to manage high volumes of leads and multi-task effectively.
- Hair & Skin, Wellness, Salon.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
