Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients in the supply chain, logistics, retail, or manufacturing sectors.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including presentations, proposals, and contract negotiation.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through CRM management and lead nurturing.
- Understand client supply chain pain points and offer tailored solutions that align with their marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the product and solutions team to provide customer feedback and improve offerings.
Marketing:
- Create content (case studies, white papers, blog posts, website)
- Coordinate with the design and content team to produce compelling marketing collateral for sales enablement.
- Track and analyze campaign metrics to improve marketing ROI and support lead generation.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and client events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Both Freshers and 2+ years of experience in B2B sales and/or marketing, ideally in supply chain, logistics.
- Understanding of supply chain operations, customer experience, and demand planning.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in delivering client presentations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into strategy.
- Experience in demand generation and lead nurturing workflows.
