We are Hiring Telesales Marketer in Lakhi Architects & Interiors

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Lead Generation**:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.

**Customer Engagement**:

- Answer questions about products or services and address customer concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

**Persuasion & Conversion**:

- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.
- Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

**Data & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams regarding customer trends and preferences.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve scripts and sales techniques.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

**Key Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.

**Sales**:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism under pressure.

**Technical Skills**: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
