- 1. Collaborate with head hunters to hire and retain the top best talent.

3. Help to structure the job description.

5. Coordinate with the management and corporate recruiters to find out the details of staffing requirements.

7. Respond to internal as well as external customers and ensure that the staffing objectives are accomplished.

8. Stay up to date with knowledge of HR via educational opportunities, maintain personal networks and professional publications.

Requirements:
- 1. Proven 2 years' experience as a Non-IT Recruiter, HR consultant or a similar role.

2. Should have good experience in Automobile, FMCG and Infrastructure hiring.

3. Experience in developing and implementing recruitment plans and strategies.

4. Familiar with sourcing techniques.

5. Strong analytical and organizational skills.

6. Outstanding knowledge of referral programs.

7. Proficiency in MS office.

8. Exceptional record-keeping skills.

9. Good time management skills.

10. Strong oral and written communication skills
