Job Description: Tele Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided qualified leads list.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients.
- Understand client needs and offer solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize the sales process.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience of 3 to 4 years in B2B sales, specifically in logistics or manufacturing industries.
- Fluent in Hindi with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
