**Job Summary**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven **Tele callers** to join our **Sales & Marketing** team. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, promoting university programs, and converting inquiries into admissions through effective communication and persuasion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain various programs offered by the university.
- Understand students’ needs and provide appropriate course recommendations.
- Maintain a record of calls and leads in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Provide accurate information about admission processes, eligibility, fees, and benefits.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for follow-ups and closures.
- Support marketing campaigns through telephonic outreach.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in telesales, telemarketing, or academic counselling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM tools (preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and any regional language (as applicable).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
