**Introduction**:
- Represent PTS RTB in various business forums in India/Globally. (for all F2B and data lineage initatives)
- Operate as per ITIL discipline and manage large transformation projects for Run The Bank (RTB).

**What will you be doing?**
- Manage large transformation projects for Run The Bank (RTB) which bring in optimal and efficient operation.
- Innovate with cutting edge Barclays approved technologies and tools to demonstrate efficiency gain by automation.
- Runs transformation and automation for PTS and work with other Business Units (BU) RTB Leads.
- Manage & Troubleshoot priority incidents, facilitate blameless port-mortem and ensure effective permanent solution applied.
- Works with Build the Bank, GTIS, Run the bank and Operations to identify manual tasks and automate.
- Strong communication and written skillset to engage with various senior IT stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach other team members across team/region.
- Define/develop team operating model and review developments done against target end-state.
- Define and ensure compliance for Data related NFR (across PTS) and engage build partners to on-board data set optimally (new) and improve existing.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Degree in information system or computer science or any equivalent
- Proven experience in working with structured and/or unstructured databases like Oracle, MSSQL
- Proven experience in scripting technologies like Python, Shell, Java, PHP, SQL, etc.
- Proven experience in working with Linux/Unix or Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of software programs/products related to Data warehouse solutions.
- Knowledge of scheduling tools like Autosys.
- Certified or excellent knowledge of ITIL practices.
- Knowledge of Lean Control process, and various stages of Agile Change life cycle.

**Skills that will help you in the role**
- Knowledge of or working experience in cloud technologies.
- Familiar with big data platforms like Hadoop, ETL tools like Informatica etc.
- Knowledge of IB Business - clear understanding of trade lifecycle with special focus on settlements, confirmations, recon flows.
- Hands-on with managing large size teams and proven people management skills.
- Working knowledge of Project management tools
- Preferred to have certified in any of these technologies like AWS or Hadoop or DevOps.
