**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using SFDC Lightning SFDC Customization and SFDC Development & Customization to meet business requirements.
- Implement and manage Omnistudio to enhance user experience and streamline business processes.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using Rest API and SFDC Integration to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices to continuously improve the platform.
- Document technical designs configurations and user guides to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
- Train and mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge in Salesforce development.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.
- Demonstrate expertise in SFDC Lightning SFDC Customization and SFDC Development & Customization.
- Have hands-on experience with Omnistudio and Rest API for seamless integration.
- Show proficiency in SFDC Integration to connect Salesforce with other systems.
- Experience in Retail Banking is a plus providing valuable domain knowledge.
