Social Media Intern - Digital Marketing Agency

Location: Pune

Stipend: Based on skills and experience

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our team. If you love social media, creating engaging content, and have a knack for trends, this is the perfect opportunity for you You will get hands-on experience in managing social media accounts of Pune's well known brands, executing campaigns, and learning the nuances of digital marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Research industry trends and create engaging content (text, images, reels, carousels, etc.).
- Monitor social media platforms, engage with the audience, and respond to comments/messages.
- Support in running paid ad campaigns and analyzing their performance.
- Track and report social media analytics to improve engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with the design and content team to develop creative campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
