**Job Description**:
Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Intern to join our team. This internship provides a valuable opportunity for individuals interested in social media marketing and communication within the nonprofit sector. The Social Media Intern will collaborate with our team to enhance our online presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Social Media Management: Manage and grow the organization's social media presence, including content scheduling, monitoring, and responding to audience interactions.

Social Media Analytics: Monitor and report on key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and suggest improvements.

Campaign Support: Contribute to social media campaigns, contests, and online fundraising initiatives.

Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and participate in discussions to foster an active and engaged social media community.

Graphic Design: Create and edit graphics and visuals for social media posts, as needed.

Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop and implement social media strategies.

Qualifications:
Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Digital Media).
Strong written and visual communication skills.
A passion for social media and a good understanding of various social media platforms.
Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics.
Creativity and the ability to think visually for content creation.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
