**Job Title: Social Media Intern**

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Intern to join our team. As a Social Media Intern, you will play a key role in managing our social media presence across various platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to drive growth and engagement.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage and update social media accounts (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) with relevant content.

2. Create compelling and shareable content (text, image, video) tailored to each platform and target audience.

3. Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond in a timely manner.

4. Conduct regular analysis of social media performance using analytics tools to track key metrics and insights.

5. Develop and implement strategies to increase follower count, engagement, and overall brand awareness.

6. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our social media presence.

7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in brand messaging and content across all channels.

8. Assist in creating and executing social media campaigns and contests to promote brand initiatives and products/services.

9. Provide regular reports and updates on social media performance and progress towards goals.

10. Assist with other marketing and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is a plus.
