**Position - Purchase Executive**

**Job Location - Pakwan Cross Road | Ahmedabad**

**Experience - 5 + Years in Real Estate**

**Package - upto 6.0 LPA**

**Job Details**
- Administer online purchasing systems bases on demand and maintain min stock level of products where required
- Conduct research to find the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality
- liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and
- Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
- Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers.
- Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies equipment.
- Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability
- Process payments and invoices
- Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers keep contract files and use them as reference for the future
- Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
- Excellent listening verbal and written communication skills
- Commercial awareness
- **Strong analytical ability**

** Proficient in MS office and internet savvy**

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
